Introduction

Ever since I was called to co-teach the Gospel Doctrine class, I’ve wanted to have an opportunity to review the class for those who aren’t able to attend for whatever reason. But it would also give me a chance to share the things we didn’t get to or some second thoughts that came after the class.

Well, all these months later, I’ve realized that what was preventing me from following through on that impulse was that I couldn’t afford the time to really polish the blog post. I generally like to do a decent job of writing. But life has gotten pretty stuffed full of things to do.

And yet, I still have the “heart push” to try to get this done. With the understanding that this won’t always be either extensive or perfect, I invite you to share “Sunday School Second Thoughts.”

Oh, and another thing, this will obviously be my personal opinion and absolutely no official representation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They will simply be some thoughts by a sister who is trying very hard to do what she can to contribute to the whole as we all strive to prepare for the Second Coming.

We’ll see how it goes. Let me know if this is something that helps you in any way. That will be some incentive to continue.
